Privacy Policy
Text messaging from Greg Jones and his personal assistant. Updated October 5, 2026.
This Privacy Policy covers text messages (SMS and MMS) sent and received by Greg Jones, operating as an individual (the registered brand name is Greg Jones), through a personal assistant program that helps him coordinate plans and reminders.
What we collect
When you exchange text messages with the program, we keep your mobile phone number, the name you go by if you or Greg gave it, the content of the messages exchanged, and the dates and times they were sent. That is all.
How it is used
Your information is used only to carry on the conversation you are part of: to coordinate a plan Greg asked about, to answer a question you asked, or to send Greg the reminders and confirmations he requested. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than the conversation itself.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Messages travel through Twilio, the telecommunications provider that carries them, under its own privacy terms. No other party receives your information.
Retention
Message content is kept for up to thirty days after a conversation ends and is then deleted. Your phone number is kept only as long as a conversation with you is open.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also email admin@gregjones.io to ask what is held about you or to have it deleted.
